I’m a brand-new runner, a woman learning to lace up and move forward—literally and figuratively. After recently losing nearly 50 pounds, I’m shifting into a healthier, more active version of myself. This blog is where I’ll share that journey—every breathless mile, every win, every wobble, and everything in between.

I’m not a lifelong athlete. I’m just a regular person figuring it out, one run at a time. I’m doing this not just to get in shape, but to stay in shape, to feel strong, and to keep promises to myself.
